Stoked Rider - Alaska Alien.

Enjoy more than 64 square-kilometers of Alaska mountains. ( that's 45 square miles for you non-metric folks)

This above slogan describes best what sets this game apart from any other snowboarding game on the market.

Helicopter Control How-to
After completing a series of training challenges, the Freeride mode gets unlocked. Be prepared for a novelty in snowboarding games! Put your hands on the helicopter, fly around and discover the whole mountain massive. Look out for the coolest spot and mark it as a dropzone.

Scout Mode
This game mode lets you control the helicopter by pressing Button1 for acceleration and move Mouse X & Y for steering. Moving the mouse up/down controls the elevation. Sounds easy?

Scan Mode

Switch to scan mode by pressing Button2 while in scouting. This will bring up the wireframe-cursor used to scan the mountain. The color of the wireframe-cursor tells you if this current spot is free to go (You need to qualify for each new height-zone before being allowed to drop in this altitude range)

Once you found the right dropzone hit Button1 to place your rider on the particular spot and start freeriding.

'Freeriding, the heart & soul of the game'

(continued..) Once the right dropzone has be found the rider will be placed and you can start freeriding. Having the possibility of choosing where to carve your own lines in the snow certainly amazes us.

Stop global warming? Hike instead...

Don't want to stress global warming by wasting fuel in a helicopter ? - this game also supports enviromental friendly ways of reaching the top

Note: Using W-A-S-D keys allows to hike around the dropzone for fine-adjustment of the starting place.

Some fellow freeriders already told us they hiked up the whole mountain without using any helicopter..

This prooves again how serious we take the freedom of choice approach in this game, let alone the possibility of choosing the alien character for some jetpack fun.
